Strawberry Jam Overnight Oats


When I look at overnight oats, I always think this dish has potential for much more.  How can you increase the impact of oats and have people walk away satisfied.  This recipe is fast and simple and the first of many to come!  Whether it be breakfast or brunch, this recipe is a winner.

Don’t have time to make breakfast in the morning?  No need to worry as everything is prepared the night before so you only have to assemble the dish in under 5 minutes the following day.



Prep is simple with only 6 ingredients


Coconut Milk







Once prepped all you really need is patience.  I avoid all eagerness by just spending 20 minutes before bed prepping and making the jam.



Put it all in the fridge and go straight to bed.  Wake up, assemble and devour!


With this recipe I provided a bare bones that can definitely stand on its own.  I do however recommend bananas and your favorite granola for a topping.  If you want some tart to be added on top of the blueberries then raspberries are a great addition as well as blackberries.  For some added protein, add some chia seeds to the oats when soaking.

Strawberry Jam Overnight Oats

Print Recipe
Serves: 2 Cooking Time: 20 minutes


  • 1.5 Cups of oats
  • 1.5 Cups of coconut milk
  • 1/4 Cup of sugar
  • 1/4 Cup of water
  • 1 Cup of strawberry(set aside extra for topping)
  • 1 Cup of blueberries



Wash the berries and clean as needed.


In a pan, place the sugar, water, and strawberries. Cook on medium low heat until you are left with a thick syrup that surround the chunks.


In a container that can be sealed, place the oats and coconut milk. Seal and set aside in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.


Mix and enjoy!
